Under the right conditions, this fern grows fast and bushy. While CO2 is not necessary for the fast growth of this species, it may be necessary for aquariums that are understocked. It does best in aquariums with bright light and is very hardy.

Because of the bushy nature of this fern, it is recommended for aquariums that need many hiding spaces for baby fish or shrimp. It quickly absorbs nutrients in the water column, making it ideal for bright aquariums that struggle with algae growth. This said, using a high-quality fertilizer is recommended.

Each portion is approximately 4" long and contains at least 5 stems. This plant is locally grown!
