The Red Eye Tetra (or Lamp Eye Tetra) is a medium-sized tetra species. These tropical fish have oval-shaped bodies, which are primarily silver. These fish have a distinct black tail, and bright red eyes.
These hardy fish do best in 20-gallon aquariums, where they can live with a school of 6+ Red Eye Tetra.
